Dr. Molly Strear, 2027 CASC Counselor Educator of the Year, has helped shape the future of school counseling through teaching, scholarship, mentorship, and statewide leadership. Her contributions include co-developing the CASC School Counseling Supervision Certificate, supporting California's professional standards and continuum for school counseling practice, and advancing innovative counselor residency initiatives.
